By submitting for a request the client understands and accepts the following:


1. Commissions are accepted based on time frame, slot availability, and matching skill set for the specific styling request. Characters in our wishlist will have higher chance of getting selected.

2. Urgent orders are subjected to schedule availability and there will be a rush order fee imposed.

3. Kindly be specific about the character's name and series. If you have specific styling request kindly leave it in the remarks. Eg. Cartoony/Natural styling, Gravity Defying/Flowy. We would recommend you to check out the wig glossary page.

4. If wig condition is heavily tangled or has a lot of hair products, it may be rejected or have extra charges to restore the condition before restyling it.

5. If you need help to purchase the wig kindly allocate extra time ahead of the date you need the wig. Shipping the base wig usually takes 1 month.

6. Price breakdown is as following: Wig Styling Fees + Packaging + Wig Cost (Optional). We require you to submit your address for shipping fees estimation.

7. The commission slot is only confirmed once deposit has been paid. If there is no response within 1 week after the quote has been sent, the request will automatically be forfeited. In that case, kindly send a new quote request.

8. A 50% non-refundable deposit payment is needed to confirm the commission slot. The remaining amount shall be cleared once the styling is completed and before the wig handover. Payment plans are available for discussion for quotes above RM1000.

9. Accepted payment methods for local orders are through Bank Transfer only.

10. Precise measurements will be requested before styling the wig. If measurements provided are incorrect, we will not be responsible for adjustments. Kindly refer here for the measuring chart. Late reply for the measurements will result in delay of wig delivery, so kindly keep us updated if there are any issues on your end.

11. As each wig is handmade, please understand that there may be slight differences even if you are requesting for a wig that has been styled before. If you are providing reference images from another wig stylist, kindly understand that it will only be taken as a reference as we will not replicate their work.

12. Once the wig has been styled, you will receive video clips or images to confirm that the wig has been styled accordingly. Shall there be any changes needed, only one amendment is accepted based on the possibility to change.

13. Once the styling has been confirmed, kindly clear the remaining balance within 30 days otherwise the request will be voided and the wig may be open for sale.

14. The wig can be picked up in person, delivered through Grab or Lalamove if you reside within Klang Valley or postage through Poslaju for areas beyond same day delivery services.

15. The wig will be packed with utmost care on a foam head and stored in a cardboard box. However, once the wig has been handover to the delivery service partner, any lost or damaged parcel is beyond our control.

16. Kindly inform if the wig design is to be kept confidential for a certain time period. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to post photos and videos of the commissioned wig on our website and social media platforms.

17. As we reach out to you regarding the wig progress, if there is no update for 30 days from the date where the last message or email has been sent, there will be an additional charge of RM100 for the order. Subsequently, if there is no update for 90 days, the order is automatically cancelled.

18. All information submitted for wig quotes are for estimation of styling plus delivery fees and will be kept confidential.

4. To maintain the quality of our wig styling works, all International orders will include wig purchase services in the quote. Shipping of the base wig usually takes 1 month.

5. Price breakdown is as following: Wig Styling Fees + Packaging + Wig Cost. We require you to submit your address for shipping fees estimation.

If there are changes to the shipping fees as due to unforeseen factors such as increased shipping rates, we will inform you regarding the readjustment of shipping fees. Additionally any customs taxes and duties would be bear by the customer's end as each country has different import regulations.

14. The wig will be packed with utmost care on a foam head and stored in a cardboard box. However, once the wig has been handover to the delivery service partner, any lost or damaged parcel is beyond our control.
