When are your commissions available?

Our commission slots open up 4 times a year. Kindly follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter so that you won’t miss it when those slots are open.

How much are your prices?

As each design varies and the technique used is unique to its design, we will only be able to provide an accurate quote once we have enough information of the wig design you wish to have. You may look through the customization options available and reach out to us for a quote here.

Which payment methods are accepted?

For Malaysian customers, we accept local bank transfers.

For International customers, we accept Paypal payments.

What happens if I decide I no longer want a wig after paying a deposit?

To ensure an uninterrupted and efficient transaction, refunds will not be issued subsequent to the initial deposit. Kindly be advised that clients should only proceed with a purchase if they are confident in their ability to afford the total cost and meet all payment deadlines.

What are my options if I really want the wig but it is out of my budget?

You may request for a quote from us for free here, and if you decide to proceed with the order we may discuss a flexible payment plan.

For local orders, we offer an installment payment plan for quotes above RM1000.

For international orders, we offer an installment payment plan for quotes above 500usd.

You will be expected to complete the payment before the wig is shipped out.

Can I expect progress updates for the wig?

We will send you video clips and images to review during the wig styling process. For more information on how our commission works, kindly check here.

When will I receive my wig?

Completed wigs will be shipped out latest a week before the stipulated deadline, if we are able to finish it in advance then you may receive it earlier!

For local orders within Klang Valley, you may arrange for same day delivery via Grab or Lalamove or opt for self pickup. Poslaju services will be used for areas outside of Klang Valley and typically it takes less than a week for the wig to arrive at your doorstep.

For international orders, we will ship via DHL International and the delivery time is generally one week. However, this timeframe may be extended due to unexpected delays at customs.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer international shipping through DHL International.

Will the wig arrive safely?

All wigs are packed with utmost care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. However as we have no control with how the courier would handle the parcel, in the event where pieces of hair go out of place, we will try our best to guide you on how to fix it.

Do you do duplicates of the wigs you have styled before?

Yes we do! We welcome most designs that fits our skills set and they can be made again except for the following:
Goku/Vegeta/Gohan from Dragonball, Kobo Kanaeru default design, Senku from Dr. Stone, IRYS 2.0, Bronya from Honkai Star Rail

Do you need my head measurements?

Absolutely! Each wig is custom made to fit your head size so we will ask for your custom measurements before we begin work. Kindly provide accurate measurements as we will not be liable if it doesn’t fit due to wrong measurements provided. You may check for more information about this here.

Can I wash my wig?

Heavily styled wigs are packed with glue, hairspray and various materials so they aren’t meant to be washed. We would advise that each time the wig has been worn, to air it out on a wig rack and spray alcohol disinfectant and fabric freshener on the fabric netting inside to rid it of smell.

How long will the wig last?

As our wigs are styled with semi-natural finishing, consider them as delicate hair sculptures. While they are styled to withstand multiple wears, they still need to be maintained for it to last longer.

Can I ask for a refund?

Upon proceeding with the order, as per our terms and conditions there will be no refund for the deposit. Additionally each wig is custom made to fit the customer so considering the effort and dedication that goes into it, we won’t be able to reimburse the payment.
